The Dream Begins

In January of 2001, Captain Bob and two crewmembers began the long journey from France to the United States. Together they encountered many adventures from huge seas and wicked storms to being held hostage in Morocco. Ports of call included France, Spain, Gibraltar, North Africa, Canary Islands, British Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, and the East Coast of the United States. Once the original crew departed in the British Virgin Islands, Captain Bob continued the adventure for the most part on his own, single handling Destiny’s Desire to it’s current home port in Toms River, NJ. Today Destiny’s Desire is primarily being used as a training vessel. She currently cruises the East Coast of the United States sharing the dreams, adventures, and experiences the open seas and back water bays have to offer with anyone willing to take the journey.
